Terms, in plain words.

Morfio is the seller. We design your part, order it from a fabricator (today SendCutSend for sheet metal and JLC3DP for 3D printing) and have it shipped straight to you.

Price = fabrication and shipping at cost, plus 30%, plus a $39 design fee for each new design. Reorders of an accepted design have no design fee.

Each quote shows the total, the token amount, when the quote expires and the ship-by date. Its terms (price breakdown, process, material, quantity, a hash of your region and the guarantee version) are hashed into the quote you pay, so neither side can change them later.

You pay in USDC.e on 0G into the escrow contract. We can’t touch the payment until we post shipping proof. If the part hasn’t shipped by the ship-by date, you can reclaim the payment yourself.

Your wallet pays the 0G network fees for its own transactions. At launch the contract caps an order at $1,000 and the total held at $10,000.

You have 7 days after delivery to inspect the part and accept it or flag a problem. If you do neither, the payment is released to us. Flagging freezes the payment.

If a critical dimension is outside the fabricator’s tolerance, the part doesn’t fit an interface you declared, or it arrives damaged, we remake it at our cost, once. If the remake fails, you get a full refund. Interfaces you didn’t declare aren’t covered.

If we can’t agree after a flag, a named independent resolver decides within 14 days and can split the payment. If the resolver doesn’t act in time, you can reclaim your payment.

Orders placed with an agent token you created are yours, within the spend limit you set on that token. You can revoke a token at any time; orders it already placed carry on.

Ownership and licensing of design files, limits of liability, governing law, consumer rights in your country, and refunds outside the fit guarantee. These will be in the final version, after legal review. Until then, ask us before you order if any of them matter to you.
